Zdenka Jirků 
Senior Sales Executive for Czech and Slovak Republic

Zdenka is responsible for the sales force and customer care within the Sales and Distribution Division and for managing the Czech and Slovak Pay TV portfolio of AXOCOM. Her strengths include carefully developing and finalising the whole sales cycle, focusing on finishing the tasks successfully in the most efficient and accountable way with the right customer oriented and business oriented mindset.
She is highly efficient at managing the projects throughout their whole life cycle. Zdenka has also great problem solving ability and a good ability to make a decision taking into account all the solutions.

Sabina Harvanová 
PA/Office Manager

As a PA, Sabina is responsible for managing the dairy of Erika Luzsicza (managing director/company founder), organising efficiently the arrangements for meetings, replying to a range of issues on behalf of the company founder, providing full administrative support to Erika and to the team.
Sabina has experience of working abroad as well as experience of working on confidential matters; tact and discretion. Her strenghts are good organisational skills, ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely and work on her own initiative.

Zdeňka Podlipná
Account manager

Zdeňka continues to develop the best relationships with our major clients, she acquires a throrough understanding of key customer’s needs and requirements. She works on expanding the relationships on daily basis with the existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives and ensures that the correct services are delivery to the customers in a manner and serves as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.

Melinda Morariu
Sales Manager / Key Account Manager for Romania

Melinda is responsible for the sales force and also post-sales customer care within the Sales and Distribution Division and for managing the Romanian Pay TV portfolio of AXOCOM. Her strengths include carefully developing and finalising the whole sales cycle, focusing on finishing the tasks successfully in the most efficient and accountable way with the right customer oriented and business oriented mindset. She is highly efficient at managing the projects throughout their whole life cycle. Melinda has also great problem solvingability and a good ability to make a decision taking into account all the solutions.

Ognian Slavov
Sales Manager / Key Account Manager for Bulgaria

Ognian is responsible for the sales force and also post-sales customer care within the Sales and Distribution Division by managing the Bulgarian Pay TV portfolio of AXOCOM. His strengths include carefully developing and finalising the whole sales cycle, focusing on finishing the tasks successfully in the most efficient and accountable way with the right customer oriented and business oriented mindset. He is highly efficient at managing the projects throughout their whole life cycle. Ogi has also great problem solving ability and a good ability to make a decision taking into account all the solutions.

Lucie Veverková
Office Manager

Lucie is responsible for the entire administrative agenda of the company and looks after the daily schedule of the team and coordinates between the various project managers. Lucie has long-term experience in office management and project coordination. Her strength is to coordinate the project from the beginning until its succesful completion. Her strong focus on administration paired with analytical thinking and ability to anticipate is a vital base for the company.

Jana Branišová
Account manager

As well as Zdeňka, Jana is working on developing the best possible relationships with our major clients and she understand the needs and requirements of our key customers. Jana has a long-term experience in a client service and account management. Jana works on expanding the relationships on daily basis with the existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives. She has strong administrative, analytical and problem solving skills.

Tomáš Holý
PR Manager

Tomáš is an experienced PR specialist with a successful track record on the Czech and Slovak markets. He understands the content and media business and the most effective ways of presenting AXOCOM’s portfolio and services to the B2B audience as well as to the general public. We have been successfully working together for several years.

Ivona Chotěborská
Operation manager CZ/SK

Ivona works on a new position as Operation Manager, she is responsible for over-viewing the performance of the entire Czech team as the right hand to the company founder. Her key priorities among others are improving the workflow of team, being responsible for existing key accounts and daily execution. She is fully identified with the key mission of the company Axocom, that client´s full satisfaction and professionalism matters.

Marek Golat
Marketing Executive

Marek is responsible for creation and execution of all the B2B marketing activities, with a main focus on Key Accounts in Czech and Slovak Republic. He is specialised in marketing communication via all possible communication channels of the Operators/Key Accounts. He runs all the AXOCOM’s and also Key Accounts online and off-line communication campaigns from the beginning till its successful completion.
